Purchase and Refund Policy for Wild Imports

At Wild Imports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms regarding our purchase and refund policy:
  • Deposit Requirement: A 40% deposit is required at the time of order. and balance is due upon pick up or delivery of the item.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If, upon receiving the item, you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a refund of your deposit. However, the refund will be issued after the item is resold and is subject to a $500 resale fee.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Specific custom-made items are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the custom specifications before placing your order.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item is resold, we will process your refund, minus the applicable resale fee.
  • Conditions: All items must be in their original, resalable condition when returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
